Senior Citizens: 10% off for Senior Citizens 65 years & older. Available for purchase online using the drop down menu or by calling a box office representative.
Active Military: 10% off with proof of active military service. Available for purchase online using the drop down menu or by calling a box office representative.
For Groups of 10 or more: Gather your friends and family and receive 15% off your order. Please call the Box Office to order your tickets.
PARKING
Free Self-Parking is available in the following locations:
150 Avenel Street. Accessible parking available. Directly in front of The Avenel Performing Arts Center.
105 Avenel Street. Behind the First Aid Squad.
155 Avenel Street. Next to the USW building.
181 Avenel Street. NJ Transit lot and street parking.
Complimentary valet parking is only available for specific shows.
THEATRE POLICIES
Refunds & Exchanges: All sales are final. There are no refunds unless Avenel Performing Arts Center cancels the performance. Exchanges will only be allowed if there are multiple dates of a performance and the patron cannot attend their selected date. Seat placement will be based on availability.
Weather Policy: If a performance does happen even if the weather is poor, Avenel Performing Arts Center is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is cancelled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. Avenel Performing Arts Center will make all efforts to reschedule the cancelled performance. The theater will make every effort to notify you of cancellations.
Seating: The house will open approximately 30 minutes prior to show time. Accessible seating is available in the first row (Row BB) and is first come, first served. You may purchase these seats online or speak with a box office representative.
Late Seating: Late seating is at the discretion of the front of house staff. Please make all efforts to arrive early.
Children: All patrons must have a ticket to enter the theater regardless of age. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No children under the age of 4 are permitted unless it’s a children’s show or an education event.
Photography/Recordings/Digital Devices: Photography and recording of any kind is prohibited. All digital devices must be turned off or silenced.
Food & Drink: No food is permitted inside the theater. Only beverages purchased at Curtains Bar and Restaurant will be allowed.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside any part of the building. There is a designated smoking area outside.
Service Animals: Service animals are allowed. Please contact the box office prior to purchasing so they can accommodate you.
Language Interpreter: Sign language interpretation is available upon request with three weeks advance notice. Please email the box office with your request at BoxOffice@avenelarts.com.
Hearing Devices: Hearing Devices are available at the box office. Quantities are limited and are first come, first served.
